NEW SPUNBOND IDEAS

Multifunctional spunbonds
meet sophisticated requirements

Your specialist for quality spunbonds.

High-quality nonwovens for a wide range
of applications: With more than 10 years of
experience in the manufacture of spunbonds,
we produce high quality thermo-calendered
polyester (PET) and also polypropylene (PP) spunbonds.

Our spunbonding process.
Our spunbonding process.

We produce thermo-calendered spunbonds made of white and black
polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP). The Reicofil production process
we employ yields thermally consolidated spunbonds of outstanding quality.
All our nonwovens are distinguished by their uniform structure even at low square weights.
Multitexx spunbonds are made directly from granular feedstock material in
a single integrated process. .

A special thermocalender ensures
a higher structural cut, which enables us to produce fairly heavy square weights
up to 150 g/m² without significant loss of strength.

Hygiene/care

Today, nonwovens have become indispensable wherever more stringent hygiene, safety, and efficiency requirements apply: in medical and hygiene applications, for example. They are used in bandages and nappies, cosmetic pads and towelettes, and as high-quality interlining fabrics.

Construction industry

High-grade nonwovens may serve as roofing membrane reinforcement, filtration, separation, or protection layers in roadbuilding, building construction, civil engineering, horticulture, and landscape gardening.

Automotive engineering

In automobiles, nonwovens help to optimise interior noise or are used as a safe electrical insulation material. The fact that nonwovens may be adapted to applicable requirements occasionally opens up entirely new design and application options.
